This Privacy Policy applies to the following mobile applications (each, the "Application"):
Both Applications are developed and operated by Hasan Dağ ("we", "us", "the developer"). They are provided free of charge with optional in-app purchases, and are intended for use "AS IS".
The Applications are offline card games. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise or approximate location, or any other personally identifiable information. Your game progress, statistics, settings and theme preferences are stored only on your own device.
The Applications display advertisements. Our advertising partners may automatically collect and process limited device and usage data — such as advertising identifiers, IP address, device model, operating system version, and interactions with ads — in order to serve and measure personalized or non-personalized advertising. This data is not linked to your identity by us. On iOS, usage data may be used to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies; this happens only if you allow it through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, and you can change your choice at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.
Purchasing the "Remove All Ads" in-app product disables advertising within the Application.
We use Google Analytics for Firebase and crash reporting to understand how the Applications are used and to fix errors. This includes aggregated usage events, diagnostics and crash data, device model and operating system version. We do not use this data to identify you personally.
The Applications offer achievements and global leaderboards through Google Play Games Services (Android) and Apple Game Center (iOS). If you sign in to these services, your platform gamer profile — the nickname and player identifier you have chosen with Google or Apple — and your scores are processed by those platforms in order to display leaderboards. We never receive your Google or Apple account password. Participation is optional; you can decline to sign in, and you can manage or delete your gaming profile in your Google Play Games or Game Center settings.
In-app purchases are processed entirely by Google Play Billing or the Apple App Store. Your payment card details are handled by Google or Apple and are never transmitted to or stored by us. We receive only the anonymous confirmation that a purchase was completed, so that the corresponding feature can be unlocked on your device.
EEA and United Kingdom (GDPR / UK GDPR). If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data relating to you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent you have previously given for personalized advertising. Our legal basis for advertising and analytics processing is your consent, collected through the in-app consent prompt.
California (CCPA / CPRA). If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request its deletion, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not sell personal information for money.
You can manage your advertising consent at any time through the in-app privacy settings or your device's operating system settings. To exercise any other right, contact us at the address in Section 9 and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Because game data is stored only on your device, uninstalling the Application deletes all of it. Removing the Application also stops all further data collection. For data held by the third parties named above, please refer to their privacy policies, or contact us and we will assist with your request.
The Applications are not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we become aware that such information has been provided, we will delete it immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
